• 3+ years in manufacturing/processing operations or a Bachelor’s Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Meet product standards, while maintaining or improving product yield.
• Ensure a safe work environment and address issues on production lines.
• Complete appropriate paperwork daily.
• Responsible for training and developing employees in all job areas.
• Work to continuously manage and improve products and processes.
• Develop objectives and standards for lines and monitor results for improvements.
• Observe work area and plant to report or correct hazards and handle safety reporting and investigations.
