Ideal candidates have manufacturing or food production experience, solid communication, and leadership skills to drive performance and uphold GMP standards. Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in manufacturing or food processing.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices.
• Comfort with basic computer use and documentation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift.
• Assign team members to work areas based on production needs.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Train and guide new and existing employees.
• Ensure GMP, sanitation, food safety, and company procedures are followed.
• Monitor attendance and workplace expectations.
• Communicate staffing, production, and equipment concerns to management.
• Maintain production and training documentation.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.
