Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business/industrial management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production operations to meet quality, timeliness and cost objectives.
• Direct and supervise production teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Monitor yields and material usage; prepare monthly line summaries.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for equipment reliability.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, 5S and food safety standards.
