Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead a maintenance team in our Kenosha, Wisconsin plant. You will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, safeguard equipment and product quality, and collaborate on budget planning and capital projects.

You will work with plant leadership to maintain safe, efficient operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with FSQA and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related major required/preferred.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Ability to influence, lead, and work in a team or independently.
• Able to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Good facilitation/training skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily maintenance activities for a team to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective completion of preventative and corrective work.
• Maintain standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance; promote effective use of cost-efficient technology.
• Assist in developing the maintenance budget and monitor plant spending; report on operating costs.
• Collaborate with HR to hire, train, and develop staff; take corrective actions as needed.
• Work with EHS to ensure environmental compliance and report safety concerns.
• Encourage reporting of food safety issues to appropriate personnel for immediate action.
