Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Primary Production Scheduler to own the master production schedule across pre-roll manufacturing and flower packaging, translating demand signals into executable daily and weekly plans. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain planning, or operations in a manufacturing environment; cannabis, food & beverage, pharma, or CPG preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing master production schedules in a multi-SKU, multi-line environment.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, or production scheduling systems; experience with demand planning tools a plus.
• Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, and indirectly leading peer or subordinate schedulers.
• Continuous improvement experience; Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen credential a plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and meet state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build the network-level master production schedule across SKUs, aligned to demand signals, inventory targets, and material availability.
• Apply pull-based scheduling to minimize WIP, lead times, and improve flow predictability.
• Translate weekly plans into executable daily shift-level schedules and communicate with operations and site teams.
• Maintain scheduling tools and data integrity; improve accuracy, horizon visibility, and plan reliability.
• Manage schedule changes proactively, adjusting priorities and re-aligning stakeholders.
