Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in production scheduling, inventory planning, or operations coordination.
• Comfortable working with ERP and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to follow structured processes.
• Ability to work with data-driven reports and scheduling software.
• Clear communication skills to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain an ERP-driven master schedule for greenhouse operations, including planting, growing, availability, and shipping timelines.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment between supply and demand.
• Monitor inventory levels (live plant material and hard goods) and adjust schedules to prevent shortages or overages.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to all relevant departments.
• Utilize scheduling software and data analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
