Responsibilities

• Perform all planning activities to support customer and program demands for execution in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and material availability.
• Manage work orders within NetSuite ERP and other systems, adjusting timelines and workflows based on changing requirements and resource constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address material shortages, implement engineering updates, and ensure timely completion of production tasks.
• Drive efficiency by analyzing capacity, recommending adjustments, and implementing solutions to balance workloads across production lines.
• Support new product launches by coordinating planning activities and ensuring readiness of materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, highlighting risks, delivery timelines, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process enhancements.
