Qualifications

  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

  • Lean manufacturing knowledge and process optimization experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute production schedules aligning output with demand.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and shop-floor to remove bottlenecks.
  • Convert production data into forecasts for capacity planning.
  • Develop and deploy planning tools to modernize scheduling.
  • Lead continuous improvement to refine manufacturing processes and quality.
  • Provide leadership-level performance reports with KPIs and opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive production schedules that synchronize manufacturing output with fluctuating customer demand.
  • Bridge the gap between engineering, procurement, and shop-floor operations to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate throughput.
  • Transform raw production data into actionable forecasts that enhance capacity planning and operational efficiency.
  • Architect and deploy advanced planning tools to modernize the scheduling function and increase organizational agility.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine manufacturing processes and uphold rigorous quality standards.
  • Deliver high-level performance reporting to leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic opportunities for growth.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into strategic decision-making.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
  • Experience within precision manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive sectors.
Preferred Skills
  • Certification or deep practical experience in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
  • Direct experience with Epicor or similar high-tier manufacturing software.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
