Proto Labs in Nashua, NH is seeking a Planner to keep production schedules aligned across multiple facilities. You will balance capacity, inventory, materials and customer demand to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

You'll collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to optimize workflows. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, 8 years of scheduling experience or 3-5 years with ERP, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, industrial tech, engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years scheduling experience or 3–5 years planning with ERP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Knowledge of core supply chain concepts and practices.
• Detail oriented for RFQs with multiple materials and suppliers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule orders in multiple plants to ensure dates and capacity are aligned.
• Maintain lead times and flag issues affecting delivery.
• Manage the production schedule to expedite customer orders on time.
• Check inventory levels and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define work centers.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on scheduling-related orders.
• Partner with Development to improve scheduling processes.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements across plants.
• Assist Supply Chain with inventory control issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain organized, safe work areas and ongoing process improvements.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
