• U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with priorities and material availability.
• Manage work orders in NetSuite ERP and adjust timelines as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to address shortages.
• Analyze capacity and balance workloads across production lines.
• Prepare reports on production performance, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Support new product launches by ensuring material readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and process enhancements.
