Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Production Planner III in Colorado to design and sustain efficient production schedules, aligning materials, resources, and labor with goals. You will support Lean practices, deploy demand scheduling tools, and leverage ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL to optimize planning processes.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Typically 5+ years of related experience.
• Highly skilled with ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment, preferably Aerospace or Automotive.
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes and improving efficiency.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
