Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator Lead-D to work with the Production Supervisor on daily floor operations, ensuring safety, quality and throughput. The role supports changeovers, material prep, and line readiness while maintaining compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

You will monitor line performance, conduct quality checks, and assist with hourly/end-of-shift reports, in a fast-paced bottled water manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 Years – Experience in Position.
• 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists Production Supervisor with daily activities of the shift, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicates with previous shift about challenges and opportunities for the upcoming shift.
• Performs first pass quality checks after changeovers to prevent non-conforming product.
• Verifies discrete jobs in Oracle, WMS and/or LMS and supports shift reporting.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety standards and maintains strict attendance.
