Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically 4+ years in operations or production roles with leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
