Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a senior leader to head a global production operations organization supporting Back Office technology platforms. You will own operational strategy, service reliability, production stability and continuous improvement across critical environments, with measurable improvements in availability and client experience.

Responsibilities include leading application support, incident management, governance, and collaboration with product, security and infrastructure

Qualifications

10+ years in technology operations or related leadership roles.
Proven ability to lead 24x7 production operations at scale.
Experience in regulated financial services environments.
Strong stakeholder management across product, tech, security, and infra.
Expertise with incident, problem, change, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

Lead a large, global production operations organization across support, reliability, and governance teams.
Own production stability, availability, performance, resiliency and service health with KPI-driven metrics.
Provide calm leadership during high-severity incidents and client-impacting events.
Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions to reduce incidents.
Align production priorities with platform roadmaps and business outcomes.
Strengthen change governance, release risk management, and disaster recovery practices.
Develop leadership talent and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Oversee production operations budgeting for software, hardware and services.
