FIS is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor in Georgia to lead daily production activities and ensure service levels and quality align with business goals.

You will manage a team of operations and support staff, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews while driving workflow improvements and metric-driven results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically 4+ years in operations/production.
• Experience leading and developing teams is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, and reporting is a plus.

About the role:

As a Production Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of production processing functions, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved. You will lead a team of operations and support professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and a high-performance work environment.

What you will be doing:

• Lead daily production operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are met.
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance, including scheduling, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Monitor workflow, resolve operational issues, and support client and business needs.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Operations or Production Experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strongly preferred if you have:
  • Experience leading teams in a high-volume production, print, manufacturing, or operations environment
  • Experience with process improvement and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting
