Qualifications

• Experience supporting production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues using established processes and procedures.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and operational accuracy.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production workflows to support operational targets and service level commitments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex concerns as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment and production tools in accordance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate inventory movement, material handling, order fulfillment, and production support activities.
• Track operational metrics and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and quality.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams to resolve workflow disruptions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, production documentation, and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training team members on processes, procedures, and best practices
