Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Production Maintenance Team and ensure safe, efficient operation of production machinery. This role supervises technicians handling electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, while supporting production schedules and GMP, food safety standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience or extensive maintenance background, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years of industrial maintenance technician experience; 5 years of experience in a similar production environment preferred.
• Technical education, specialized industrial maintenance training, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support Production Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and verify completion.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
