RAUCH Fruchtsäfte in Glendale, AZ seeks an Operations Lead to own frontline leadership and workforce capability, translating targets into daily execution while driving safety and quality. You will develop Shift Leads and operators, build competency, and lead cross-functional collaboration to sustain performance gains.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, reliability, and continuous improvement, with a focus on OEE, throughput, and customer commitments in a 24/7 beverage manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; or equivalent leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in beverage/food manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Experience developing teams through coaching, performance management, and structured development programs.
• Experience using performance metrics (OEE, efficiency, throughput, waste reduction, labor) to drive decisions.
• Proficiency partnering with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Safety, HR to achieve objectives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or TPM certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own development of frontline leadership and workforce competency to lead with confidence and consistency.
• Drive onboarding reviews and create development plans to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
• Translate operational targets into daily execution and monitor production performance.
• Lead autonomous maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Planning, and other teams to resolve production challenges.
