Qualifications

• 2+ years working as production/machine operator.
• Experience in high-speed food manufacturing or bottling preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial technology.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure their shift team complies with the company Safety and Quality procedures.
• Coach, train and develop the shift team; determine root cause and solve line losses.
• Own the Line shift DDS process including shift to shift handover; develop robust plans for planned stops.
• Team development: plan and execute training; coach on skills.
• Coordinate staffing across the shift and escalate critical issues.
• Know plant standards around safety and overtime management.
• Provide constructive feedback and rewards; model solid behaviors.
• Build own technical skills and prioritize for uptime and loss reduction.
• Ensure all shift documentation, SOP processes and orders are completed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
