Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across shifts.

You will coach a team of associates, enforce 5S and lean practices, manage timekeeping and payroll, and work with engineering to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume, 12-hour shift environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• Minimum 3 years in high-volume production and 1 year in supervisory role.
• Ability to support up to 12-hour production shifts and alternate weekend schedules.
• Ability to perform start-up activities before shifts and close-out after shifts.
• Must use PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes) as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates to meet production and quality targets while ensuring a safe, positive work environment.
• Promote area standards for safety, housekeeping, punctuality, attendance, and performance reviews; administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll responsibilities with accuracy and accountability.
• Improve safety and efficiency through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with area leadership and engineering; prioritize work per production schedule and goals.
