RAUCH Fruchtsäfte in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to own all warehouse activities, including storage allocations, shipping metrics, and cycle counts. You will lead a high-performing team, develop staffing plans, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and space utilization.

You will manage inventories, audits, and cost controls while ensuring on-time delivery and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline (preferred).
• Five+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading supervisors, leads, and hourly employees in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing inventory control systems, cycle counts, inventories, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own all warehouse activities, including storage allocations and shipping metrics.
• Ensure shipments, production requirements, and inventory movements are executed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Build and develop a high-performing warehouse organization through coaching and development.
• Establish workforce plans, staffing strategies, and competency requirements.
• Lead warehouse safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance (GMP, quality systems).
• Maintain audit readiness, investigate incidents, and ensure corrective actions.
• Drive improvements to reduce costs, improve service, and optimize space utilization.
• Use data to identify opportunities and implement measurable value.
