Job Summary

The Lead Production Associate acts as a liaison between the Shift Supervisor and the staff who work on their assembly line. This position is in a fast paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. This position involves training and coaching production associates, tracking line efficiency on the line paperwork, and escalating issues to supervision. The Lead Production Associate is also responsible for ensuring the team is operating in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and direct individuals and teams
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Maintain organization and a strong work ethic
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Lift 50 pounds regularly
• Assist Production Manager with supervising facility and staff
• Execute production plans and track metrics
• Maintain and improve production equipment and facility condition
• Organize and track inventory systematically
• Oversee quality systems adhering to GMP standards
• Document quality information clearly and timely
• Work to improve quality standards
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines
• Train production staff properly
• Suggest methods to enhance production and quality

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 6am – 2:30pm
• Hours may vary based on production needs
