Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 3+ years of leading a team with experience in hiring and developing talent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience setting marketing strategy for a business or portfolio, and using data and metrics to guide investment decisions.
• Experience marketing business-to-business technology products, such as cloud, security, or infrastructure software.

Responsibilities

• Own the product marketing strategy for the AWS Security and Identity portfolio, and set the category narrative that positions AWS as a leader in enterprise security.
• Own positioning, messaging, and launch strategy across the portfolio, and represent AWS with customers, at industry events, and in analyst and executive interactions.
• Partner with the Security and Identity product leaders to shape the portfolio roadmap based on working back from customer needs.
• Decide where to invest for the greatest return, using data and customer insight to guide strategy, prioritization, and the initiatives the team designs and launches.
• Set the bar for how the team measures impact, and build the habit of testing ideas, learning quickly, and deciding with evidence.
• Build, grow, and develop a team of product marketers - hiring top talent, coaching for craft and business judgment, and creating an environment where people do their best work.
