McKinstry is seeking a Senior Product Manager – M365 to lead the vision and delivery of LOB/CSU products in Seattle, WA. You will own large-scale initiatives, create roadmaps, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from concept to sunset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry is desirable.
• Outstanding written and oral, organizational, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver major, large-scale initiatives.
• Develop and maintain LOB/CSU product roadmaps.
• Define enhancements with stakeholders and manage lifecycle.
• Produce PRDs, test plans, and training material.
• Lead design reviews, UAT, and training sessions.
• Partner with IT, consultants, and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Capture client insights to drive innovation.
