Job summary

Northeastern University in Boston seeks a Product Manager to own the Workday platform end-to-end across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and Procurement. You will translate business strategy into a unified Workday roadmap and coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, enterprise governance, and a proactive mindset to ensure value realization while operating in a hybrid on-campus environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years supporting or leading Workday implementations or operations, with ≥3 years across Finance, HCM, Payroll, or Procurement.
• Experience owning a product roadmap or platform owner in an enterprise context.
• Strong understanding of Workday data model, security architecture, and integration methods (EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday product strategy and multi-year roadmap across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and Procurement.
• Define and prioritize the enterprise backlog with stakeholders, compliance, and technical debt.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance forums and Workday release cycles.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into specs.
