Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product experience for Supply Chain stakeholders, intersecting ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract management systems. You will partner with platform owners, engineering, and business leaders to deliver scalable capabilities across multiple platforms.

You will own discovery, define epics and user stories, and guide delivery through sprints, releases, and UAT, while driving adoption and measurable improvements in efficiency and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 6+ years in a related field or equivalent mix of education/experience
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or internal platforms
• Proven ability to manage products spanning multiple platforms or systems of record
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills for structured stakeholder conversations
• Experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management domains

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated product partner for Supply Chain with deep domain knowledge
• Conduct ongoing discovery with stakeholders to surface pain points and opportunities across procurement, vendor management, contract lifecycle, and operations
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to translate needs into structured product requirements
• Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap across ServiceNow, Oracle, contract management, and other platforms
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies
• Guide delivery with engineering teams across sprint cycles, releases, and UAT
• Drive launch readiness including change management, training, and adoption support
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate to improve capability effectiveness
• Identify integration requirements across platforms and partner with architects to define solutions
• Build a cohesive platform strategy that spans multiple systems and standardizes workflows
