Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product experience for Supply Chain stakeholders, delivering integrated capabilities across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract management systems. You will embed with stakeholders to translate workflows into prioritized capabilities, reducing manual effort and improving data visibility.

You will partner with platform owners, engineering, and business leaders to deliver outcomes that scale across multiple platforms and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and extensive PM experience in enterprise software or internal platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage products across multiple platforms or systems of record.
• Strong discovery, facilitation, and requirements definition skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated product partner for Supply Chain, aligning roadmaps across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract systems.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Guide delivery through sprints, releases, and UAT, and drive post-launch optimization.
