Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product experience for Supply Chain stakeholders, delivering capabilities across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract management platforms. You’ll be embedded with Supply Chain teams, translating workflows into prioritized capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve data visibility.

Responsibilities include defining epics and user stories, guiding delivery across sprints, and driving adoption through change management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in related field; other combos possible.
• 5+ years of product management in enterprise software or internal platforms.
• Experience spanning multiple platforms or systems of record.
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Owns stakeholder partnership for Supply Chain, surfacing pain points and opportunities across procurement, vendor management, contract lifecycle, and operations.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Guide delivery with engineering teams across sprints and releases; enable UAT and change management.
• Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve capability effectiveness.
• Identify integration requirements across platforms (ServiceNow ↔ Oracle, contract systems) and work with architects.
