Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product experience for Supply Chain stakeholders. You will partner across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract management systems to deliver end-to-end capabilities and drive operational efficiency.

You will embed with Supply Chain teams to translate workflows into prioritized features, define the product roadmap, and guide delivery from discovery through UAT. Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with experience; multiple combinations acceptable as noted in role.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or internal platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage products across multiple platforms or systems of record.
• Strong discovery skills; comfortable leading structured conversations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns discovery and partnership with Supply Chain stakeholders to surface pain points and map processes.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Guide delivery with engineering teams across sprints, releases, and UAT.
• Drive launch readiness including change management and adoption support for end users.
• Identify integration requirements across platforms (ServiceNow ↔ Oracle, contract systems).
