Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product experience for Supply Chain stakeholders, delivering integrated capabilities across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract management systems. You will partner with engineering and business leaders to translate workflows into prioritized roadmaps and drive cross-platform delivery.

The role emphasizes stakeholder discovery, product ownership, and platform strategy across multiple systems to reduce manual work and improve data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in a related field.
5+ years of product management in enterprise software or platforms.
Ability to manage products spanning multiple platforms or systems of record.
Strong discovery and facilitation with business stakeholders.
Experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Contract Lifecycle domains.
Proven ability to translate complex workflows into actionable requirements.
Familiarity with Agile, epics/features/user stories.

Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand workflows and translate needs into prioritized capabilities.
Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Guide delivery across sprints, release planning, and UAT.
Drive launch readiness including change management and adoption support.
Identify cross-platform integration needs (ServiceNow ↔ Oracle, contract systems).
Maintain a cohesive platform strategy across multiple systems.
