Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in a related field or equivalent combination
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or internal platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage products that span multiple platforms or systems of record
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills for structuring business needs into requirements
• Experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Contract Lifecycle domains
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear product requirements
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority across technical teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and writing epics, features, and user stories

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to surface pain points and map current-state processes
• Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract systems
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Guide delivery across sprint cycles, release planning, and UAT
• Drive launch readiness including change management and adoption support
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback
• Identify integration requirements across platforms and collaborate with architects
