Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product experience for Supply Chain stakeholders across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract management systems. You will partner with platform owners, engineering, and business leaders to deliver end-to-end capabilities aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or related fields.
• Ability to manage products spanning multiple platforms or systems of record.
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with or adjacent to Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management domains.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to define capabilities and a prioritized roadmap across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract management platforms.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Guide delivery across sprint cycles, release planning, and UAT in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Drive launch readiness including change management, training, and adoption support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate to improve capability effectiveness.
