Jobgether is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Next Best Action Use Case Management in the United States. You will own the end-to-end strategy for NBA, shaping personalized engagement for millions of healthcare members across digital channels, call centers, and partner touchpoints.

You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, analytics, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions, define use cases, and build roadmaps while improving engagement in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
• End-to-end product ownership across discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery and measurement.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link initiatives to customer and financial outcomes.
• Familiar with Agile delivery, backlog management, PI Planning, and SDLC/Waterfall.
• Technical proficiency to translate technology concepts into business language; knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira Align.
• Excellent communication and leadership; ability to influence without authority.
• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• Remote work readiness: capable of maintaining a secure home workspace.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the NBA vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct research to validate use cases and assess market trends.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear problem statements.
• Evaluate use cases for portfolio optimization and lifecycle decisions.
• Build cross-functional relationships with marketing, digital, IT, analytics, and insurance teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Validate designs with stakeholders and gather feedback during development.
• Establish KPIs and measure adoption, impact and outcomes.
• Represent member needs and ensure engagement improvements.
• Develop compelling business cases and communicate financial impact.
