Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Money Movement Experiences in Menlo Park to own the end-to-end customer journey from funding to transfers. You will lead zero-to-one initiatives, collaborate with design, engineering, legal, and operations to ensure compliant yet delightful experiences.

You will define the long-term vision for moving money, drive improvements across mobile and web, and craft experiences with polish that inspire trust and speed for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally mobile-first.
• Close collaboration with design: partner with designers from concept to launch.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong product taste with polished experiences.
• Experience in fintech/payments or a regulated consumer space is a plus; willingness to learn the rest quickly.
• High technical empathy and experience partnering with engineering on tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for money movement customer experience.
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with design to shape work and maintain high craft and interaction detail.
• Improve funnel conversion, transaction success, and customer satisfaction by surfacing friction points.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to deliver reliable, fast experiences.
• Work with compliance, legal, and fraud teams to meet regulatory requirements without harming UX.
