Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Capital Markets to own products enabling access to IPOs, private companies, and alternatives for everyday investors. Based in Menlo Park or New York, the role requires collaboration with engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and the investing team to ship industry-changing products that democratize access to private markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer or fintech products.
• Track record shipping 0-1 products at scale.
• Comfort with financial products with genuine complexity.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one Capital Markets product line (IPO Access, Robinhood Ventures, or private offerings).
• Lead 0-1 launches, including in-app experiences for investing in a single private asset.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and partner requirements into clear customer experiences with legal/compliance partners.
• Build and manage relationships with issuers, underwriters, fund administrators, and infrastructure vendors.
• Set the quality bar for complex product flows that affect customer trust and money.
• Use research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decisions and prove outcomes.
• Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and rationale to senior leadership.
