Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Head of Product Operations & Support to build and lead a new global function focused on operational success and support of key business products. The role will establish the operating model, governance, and reporting infrastructure to ensure reliability and a seamless user experience, enabling Product and Engineering teams to focus on innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling operational functions from the ground up.
• Experience leading product, technical, or customer support for enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Technology, and Business teams.
• Experience implementing ticketing systems, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI programs.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Global Product Operations & Support function with vision and governance.
• Create scalable support organizations and processes for global products.
• Partner with executives to define success metrics and long-term strategy.
• Lead a global team including staff, contractors, and third-party providers.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to show support effectiveness and product quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to reduce operational burden and improve stability.
