Job summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery for entertainment production and payroll workflows. You will collaborate with design and engineering to create intuitive, scalable solutions that replace paper-based processes and support hundreds of thousands of crew members weekly.

You’ll focus on mobile-first experiences, user discovery, and AI-enabled product opportunities, while working in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.

• Strong mobile product sensibility, with mobile-first experiences.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and translating user research into clear product requirements.
• Experience creating AI-first or AI-assisted product solutions, or a demonstrated interest in applying AI to product workflows.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Customer-facing teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap: Build and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap.
• Drive usability improvements across mobile and desktop for faster workflows.
• Build for scale and flexibility across entertainment verticals.
• Stay close to the customer via ongoing discovery with productions, crew, and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
