Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC is seeking a Lead Product Manager to focus on Alternative strategies including Emerging Market Debt and Multi-Asset Credit. You will drive product innovation, development, and long-term growth for our Alternatives product suite, working with investment teams and distribution to position new launches effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant asset management experience.
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape within the Alternatives asset class.
• Detailed knowledge across US vehicle types, especially interval funds, hedge funds, drawdown vehicles, semi-liquid structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for Alternative strategies and oversee product suite expansion.
• Be the SME for US vehicle types in Alternatives space.
• Identify and champion new Alternative investment product opportunities.
• Navigate product approvals with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to accelerate time-to-market.
• Prepare materials and present to Funds Boards and New Product Committees.
