Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Accounting Product Manager to lead our alternative investments accounting product portfolio. You will own the backlog, roadmap, testing, and implementation for private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and funds, collaborating with technology, operations, and client services.

You will serve as the domain expert for alternatives accounting, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance, and driving end-to-end workflows from data ingestion to reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of investment accounting or product management experience with alternatives.
• Deep understanding of investment accounting principles for alternatives (capital activity, NAV, fees).
• Experience translating complex accounting requirements into clear product specs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for alternative investment accounting products.
• Translate alternative assets concepts (capital calls, NAV, waterfalls) into backlog items.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, and client services to deliver features.
• Engage with clients and regulators to validate product direction and adoption.
