Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC is seeking a Lead Product Manager for equity strategies and investment vehicles in Boston. You will drive product innovation, development, management, and long-term growth strategies across the equity product suite working with investment teams.

You will partner with legal, compliance and distribution to accelerate time-to-market, prepare board materials, and develop go-to-market plans with IPM and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CAIA designations strongly preferred.
• Experience in asset management and equity product space is essential.
• Proven ability to bring new products to market and manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Proficient with analytics tools used for investment products and performance.
• Strong understanding of US fund regulations and product approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of equity strategies and vehicles.
• Serve as subject matter expert for US vehicle types (mutual funds, ETFs, etc.).
• Identify and champion new equity product opportunities.
• Navigate product approvals with legal, compliance, and operations.
• Prepare materials and present to funds boards and governance forums.
