Job summary
UKG seeks a Lead Product Manager in Austin to own the Quote Management strategy, roadmap, and execution across net new sales, amendments, renewals, and contract management. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to deliver scalable, AI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ to accelerate enterprise sales.
This role requires 8+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, strong stakeholder skills, and a proven track record of delivering
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management for enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience delivering Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, or CLM solutions.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
- Experience with Agile product delivery and data-driven prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quote Management.
- Translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities across RCA/CPQ.
- Lead discovery through interviews, workshops, and competitive analysis.
- Create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Drive Agile execution and successful product launches.
