Job summary

UKG is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead a portfolio of customer experience products, partnering with business leaders to define strategy, investment priorities, and outcomes. You will hire and develop a team of product managers, shape platform capabilities, and drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data, AI, and Security to deliver measurable customer value.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management delivering enterprise software, customer experience, platform, or workflow products.
People-management experience leading and developing product managers.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives translating customer and business needs into strategy & measurable outcomes.
Experience delivering enterprise platform and/or AI-enabled solutions with integrated workflows, automation, or assistants.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Certinia PSA, Sierra AI, HCM, or adjacent SaaS domains.

Responsibilities

Lead the portfolio of customer experience products; define strategy, investment priorities, and outcomes.
Hire, coach, and develop product managers; shape team capacity and ways of working.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Security, Legal, and Operations to move products from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
Define measures for customer experience, adoption, product quality, and business value; communicate risks and outcomes to senior leaders.
