Job summary

LatamCent is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a B2B SaaS onboarding initiative with AI agents and no-code flows. You will own the end-to-end builder roadmap, align it with customer outcomes, and collaborate with a distributed team across the US, LATAM, and India to ship impactful AI features.

You will drive prototyping, measurement, and adoption, ensuring a strong product-market fit while balancing engineering trade-offs and ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong product-led growth knowledge: activation, onboarding, retention.
• Experience shipping AI features to production with evals and datasets.
• Daily use of LLMs and agents in discovery and spec work.
• Ability to weigh architecture trade-offs with engineers.
• Led at least one 0-to-1 product launch.
• Fluent English (C1+) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Set the builder’s direction with revenue-aligned roadmap.
• Translate customer conversations into prototypes and bets.
• Ship LLM and agent features that identify drop-off and fixes.
• Build evaluation suites and data for AI features.
• Strip steps out so non-technical customers can launch a flow.
• Coordinate design and distributed engineering teams across time zones.
• Measure adoption, conversion lift, and customer satisfaction.
