Job summary

Profound is hiring an Implementation Manager to own onboarding for a high-volume portfolio of Scaled and Mid-Market customers. You’ll configure platforms, run weekly sessions, and continuously improve the onboarding curriculum to drive early value.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data to build scalable enablement, handle escalations, and track key performance metrics as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or education
• Proven ability to close the gap between sold and successful with high-volume engagements
• Strong facilitation and webinar/office hours experience

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for high-volume Scaled and Mid-Market customers
• Run weekly onboarding sessions and design scalable curriculum
• Build enablement templates and follow-up sequences
• Handle escalations and blockers with adaptable playbooks
• Track metrics like time to value and completion rates
• Surface product gaps to CS and Product teams
