Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS.
• Experience with workforce management, optimization, operations, or related domain.
• Strong ability to translate problems into SaaS requirements.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities is valued.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations areas.
• Synthesize research and data into clear problem statements and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a domain leader in workforce operations and labor management.
• Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and release-ready decisions.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, services, and sales.
• Use data to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Advance AI/ML experiences and intelligent automation in workflows.
