6+ years of progressive product management experience.
Experience with workforce management, workforce optimization, or workforce operations.
Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS products from discovery through launch.
Strong PM skills: discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, agile delivery, outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas within Dynamic Workforce Operations.
Lead customer and market discovery from research, usage data, and feedback.
Define and deliver product solutions with requirements, workflows, and release-ready decisions.
Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, services, and sales.
