Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives and translating customer needs into product strategies.
• Experience delivering enterprise platform and/or AI-enabled solutions with integrated workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Certinia PSA.
• Note: role follows east coast hours; early US start times are common to collaborate with UKG teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers and a portfolio of customer experience products and solutions.
• Define strategy, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes for the portfolio.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, AI, Security, Legal, Operations, and customer-facing teams to drive from discovery to launch.
• Shape platform experiences across Salesforce Service Cloud and PSA integrations to support customer needs.
• Guide AI-enabled products, including automations and intelligent workflows, with clear quality and governance.
