Job summary

Scribd is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Everand app, setting its long-term vision and owning the reader experience across surfaces from first open to engagement with the next book. You will lead a squad of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution with a human-centered, AI-enabled approach.

You will shape how Everand reaches readers, leverage research insights, and make data-driven bets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on consumer products.
• 3+ years owning a consumer native mobile app used by hundreds of thousands or more.
• Experience leading product through major changes (platform rebuild, redesign, new audience).
• Strong ability to understand readers/users and base decisions on research and data.
• Experience with subscription businesses, trials, retention, and churn.
• Proven track record shipping discovery surfaces (home, browse, search, feeds).
• AI-native approach to research, prototyping, and product integration.
• Clear writing, prioritization, and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for Everand on iOS and Android.
• Lead a squad of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts.
• Own execution from strategy to launch with timely delivery.
• Balance long-term bets with near-term improvements and measure outcomes.
• Ensure app quality, performance, and reliability across surfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, content, and marketing for a consistent reader experience.
