Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Everand app, defining its long‑term vision and guiding the reader experience from strategy to launch and beyond.

You will lead a squad spanning engineering, design, research, and analytics, using AI to speed up research and build features readers love. You bring 7+ years in consumer app product management, a track record of moving retention/engagement metrics, and a passion for books.

Qualifications

• 7+ years product management for consumer apps.
• Experience owning a consumer native mobile app with hundreds of thousands+ users.
• Experience leading product through major changes (platform rebuild, redesign, new audience).
• Proven ability to impact retention, engagement or conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Everand across surfaces.
• Lead a squad of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts; set goals and ship on time.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, prototyping, analysis, and production integration.
• Partner with product, engineering, content, and marketing for a cohesive reader experience.
• Balance long-term bets with near-term improvements and measure outcomes.
