Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. seeks a Lead AI Solutions Delivery Engineer to deploy enterprise AI capabilities, directly with strategic customers, leveraging GenAI and MCP APIs to optimize agreement lifecycles. You will design workflows, code, and prompts, bridging business and tech for measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, deliver technical demos, and drive deployments across large-scale environments while reporting to the Sr. Director, Value Delivery Activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS, Math, or related field or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years in software engineering, deployment-focused roles in tech
• 1.5+ years implementing LLMs/GenAI in production
• Experience with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and evaluations
• Experience with Python, Java, or C++

Responsibilities

• Design and lead cross-functional customer engagements to deploy Agentic solutions
• Build AI-enabled workflows and integrations with Docusign MCP Server and APIs
• Execute deployment 'firsts' and develop repeatable toolkits
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to translate requirements into production AI solutions
• Document deployment strategies and contribute to product learnings
• Develop data pipelines and microservices for autonomous AI tools
• Stay updated on LLM capabilities and AI stacks
• Create repeatable deployment scripts and guidelines
• Support partner enablement with best practices and blueprints
• Evaluate code for correctness, security, and performance in isolated clouds
